Today we tend for the small Oncidium type orchids I purchased at a discount over the weekend!

The most common problem with discounted orchids is dehydration. Oncidiums are not fond of being dry, so they will respond with shrivelled pseudobulbs. If caught in time the situation can be remedied with a few days of hydration!
After the orchids are hydrated we can proceed to repot them into a suitable pot and medium. I am using sphagnum moss mainly for my Oncidiums, it works the best in my environment.
