Orchid Q&A#38 – Aspirin for Orchids, yellow leaf edges, Vanda winter care & more!

My Vanda orchids are getting much less fertilizer this time of the year, since they grow slow. It is rather cool in the grow room, so watering is reduces as well. Other than that there is no major difference in winter.

Phalaenopsis orchids are not treated any different while in spike or bloom, I don;t even cut fertilizer. They have continuous growth so they require no break!
