How to save an Oncidium orchid without (or with very few) roots

We all face sick orchids and the most common illness is the loss of roots. Weather you have an orchid with no roots or with very few roots, this method has been tried tens of times by me and I can say it is almost 100% efficient. It really depends on the orchid as well, a near death orchid might not survive. A diseased orchid might not survive either. A stressed orchid has great chances to pull trough 😉 Enjoy!
