2 of the most famous Phalaenopsis Orchid species – bellina & violacea

Today we feature 2 of my favorite orchids, both for their looks but also fragrance: the violacea and the bellina, very popular orchids in any collection!

The Phalaenopsis violacea is a new orchid, but already became a favorite. The blooms on my particular cross are a very vivid magenta indigo and the fragrance is sweet and cinnamony! The flowers are smaller, but they are just as charming as the bellina.
