Like many other species, the mossiae has lavender pink petals and sepals, with a bright magenta yellow center. The flowers are not waxy, but quite floofy and elegant. As a little update it is quite fragrant, reminding slightly of lilies!
This is a small sized Cattleya, great for any small growing space. The flowers are almost as big as the pseudobulbs and leaves though!
