Cattleya Orchid seedlings Update – The growing season

Today we take a look at the little kittens, the Cattleya seedlings 😛 and see how much they grew! they also went through a bit of change lately as well 🙂

My Cattleya orchid seedlings have been in my care for a year or so, I believe even less, here is an older update on them https://youtu.be/602HhUUmAv8

Since then 2 more have joined the family and I think I can add one or two I already had in my collection for a while which are very small back divisions.

They need a lot of water especially now in summer, which is their growing season, so I decided to move them into a self watering (whicking) system, so I don’t have to water them every 3 days or so 😛

The root system is looking great, new growth is growing bigger and bigger, so all is ok with the kittens 😛
