‘Mounting’ Vanda Orchid seedlings – Space saving idea!

Today we work a bit with the Vanda seedlings, as they are taking up too much precious space on my shelf!

Since my Vandas are potted in a tiny, light weight pot https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KnKvG6OYCHM and they are not heavy either, they can stand very well on my IKEA stand! but how to connect them?

The solution is simple, velcro that has a sticky side 🙂 at any home improvement shop you can find it, just make sure it has adhesive on one side if you plan on sticking it to a hard surface. The velcro makes a string enough bond to keep my orchids super safe from falling.

The result is a ton of space saved on my shelf and my seedlings enjoying some bright light on top of my IKEA stand!
