Orchid Flower Spike or Not #2 – Learn how flower spikes look like on Bulbophyllum & others!

Today it’s time we look at some more orchid flower spikes, or new growths and learn what it is we are seeing on our orchids!

1. Coelogyne usitana is an orchid which produces flower spikes at the same time with the new growth, so you will see blooms sooner!

2. Dendrobium farmeri has wonderful white and yellow clusters of flowers, but only blooms once a year

3. Bulbophyllum Daisy Chain x purpurascens has some of the most beautiful flowers ever, but they only last a few days

4. Angraecum didieri is a night time scented little orchid with a big flower!
