Summer blooming Phalaenopsis bloom as long as it’s warm in my climate, they also grow new leaves in the warm months and seem to not like the cooler temperatures.
Dendrobium keikis are not something we want to see in some cases, as they can mean no blooms. They usually occur in constant warm temperatures, water and fertilizer. Here is my care tutorial on Nobile Dendrobiums https://youtu.be/0jlJbl7npOk
Orchids in LECA can go dry before watering, but not all will appreciate it. Cattleyas and Phalaenopsis are not bothered if the LECA dries.
