Orchids in bloom – June 2016

Another month passed and it’s now time to see who was in bloom and talk a little about them.

First off the lovely Vanda Pachara Pink is in bloom, with her lovely Pink, white dotted blooms. Too bad this one isn’t fragrant, I’d love it even more 😛

Phalaenopsis bellina, always a delight to see her lovely blooms and feel the awesome fragrance. So angry at those spider mite wounds.

We had also some new comers, the Chysis bractescens decided to bloom for the first time. The blooms are pretty short lived, but smell lovely of Gardenias.

And lastly the Iwanagaara Appleblossom, she has a better fragrance this year. Lovely Freesia scent without overwealming anyone.
