Repotting big Cattleya Orchid with cut pseudobulbs

Today I am repotting one of the latest Cattleya orchids I purchased, which is missing some of its new pseudobulbs!

This is a discounted orchid that I found somewhere on the ground in a flower shop. Here is how she looks like https://youtu.be/Qd003wXATB0
The front (active) pseudobulbs have been cut because, I think, they were leaning over the pot. But now they are growing roots and new growth, since the base which holds the eyes was left intact!
I am going for an organic mix and will compare with other Catts in LECA and see if there is any visible difference in their evolution.
