Unmounting & Repotting a Vanda Orchid – Detailed tutorial

Today we are unmounting an orchid which has suffered from crown rot and now is having a hard time with hydration!

This Neostylis Lou Sneary has suffered crown rot on transport, so I treated it with this https://youtu.be/Slbypyoxgv4 I think the problem did not go away, so I decided to remove the affected crowns.

Removal of the wood slab was pretty easy in this case, but I have seen worse cases.
